SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Small Group, Individualized Coaching: Each person follows a program suited to their goals, but the trainer works with multiple clients at a time.
Personalized Guidance in a Group Setting: The trainer provides modifications and form corrections as needed while rotating between clients.
Supportive Environment: Small enough for personal attention but large enough to foster motivation and camaraderie.
Limited Availability: Since semi-private training is scheduled in small groups, time slots may be more limited than group training.

1-ON-1 TRAINING

Limited Availability: Sessions are scheduled based on trainer availability, so time slots may be limited.
