Riley Honeycutt

Originally from Louisville, KY, Riley Honeycutt moved to Jacksonville, FL, in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the city. Her family calls her “Riles” or “RyRy,” a nickname coined by her 4-year-old niece. Music is a constant companion for Riley—whether in the gym or on the go, she’s always listening to something, from her childhood Tom Jones CD collection to just about every genre imaginable.

As a trainer, Riley is passionate about helping clients find their groove and guiding them toward their fitness goals with encouragement and a focus on making every session enjoyable. When she’s not coaching, she can be found in the kitchen perfecting her sourdough bread after four years of practice or experimenting with new recipes on her charcoal grill. Running became a big part of her life after completing her first 5K in Jacksonville in 2021 while training for the Gate River Run, and she hasn’t missed a Gate 15K since. Growing up, Riley spent her time riding horses, racing dirt bikes, playing piano, and swinging golf clubs. She still enjoys golfing today—hitting drives over 250 yards and working hard to reach 300.
